In Addition to Nutrition


In addition to nutrition, which I have been sharing with you, there is work. My trainer told me to publish my activities on here to complete the picture. As with all pictures, you can right-click to save and will be able to view the chart larger and more clearly.

Tonight's dinner was Turkey BLT. Yes, it was a sandwich kind of night after a hard day's work in the gym! Whew!

  1. I know you have been working your b**t off...where is your log from week 2 and 3? Tracking your exercise will only help you sustain your results. Your commitment level has been 5 star...keep it up!
